BLINK Design is a multi-award-winning architecture and interior design studio specialising in luxury hospitality environments across Asia, the Indian Ocean and beyond.
Known for their ability to translate cultural narratives into spatial experiences of rare refinement, BLINK brings to Nobu Residences Maldives a deeply considered vision: The Art of Nobu: The Soul of Origami.
Drawing on the Japanese art of paper folding, their design translates Nobu’s ethos of refined simplicity, cultural depth and unexpected luxury into a language of folded rooflines, dynamic angles and inspired unfolding spaces. From the iconic folded roof that appears to glide along the water’s edge, to the monochrome palette of locally sourced stone and timber, every element of the built environment has been shaped with precision, purpose and a deep respect for the Maldivian landscape. The vision is both true to the Nobu philosophy and entirely true to this destination.
Sarat International is a hospitality developer with a vision for creating exceptional resort destinations of the highest calibre. Their partnership with Nobu Hospitality on Nobu Residences Maldives reflects a shared commitment to rarity, craft and an experience that sets a new standard in the Indian Ocean.
Vripack is a design studio that specialises in the naval architecture, and exterior and interior design of superyachts. Based in Holland, Vripack has a history and wealth of experience built over six decades with a catalogue of more than 8,000 designs.
Founded by Dick Boon in 1961, the team is now lead by co-creative directors Bart M. Bouwhuis and Marnix J. Hoekstra. Vripack prides itself on its holistic approach to design, blending beauty and function to push the boundaries of modern superyacht design.
The 40-strong team share a collective vision to translate every owner’s hopes into reality. Drawing on a broad skill set that includes creatives, designers, naval architects and engineers, the studio has not yet received a yacht-related request it could not grant.

Dhaliliyah Company has been appointed to provide consulting advisory services in architectural engineering, contributing its expertise in design excellence and technical precision throughout the development. Having established a strong reputation across high-profile projects in the GCC market, Nobu Residences Maldives marks a significant expansion of the firm’s international footprint.
